The overall size of the steamer is 12.5" W x 9.75" H (outer dimensions). The top tier has inner dimensions of 11.75" W x 2.50" H, the mid-tier has inner dimensions of 11.75" W x 2.50" H, and the bottom tier has inner dimensions of 11.75" W x 4.75" H. The hole size is 1/4" in diameter.

This steamer is perfect for simultaneously steaming seafood, vegetables, and all types of Asian cuisine, as well as re-steaming tamales. Its larger size compared to traditional stockpot steamers makes it suitable for cooking for a bigger family, larger seafood, or a bigger plate.

The steamer is dual-purposed, functioning as both an 8 QT stock pot with a glass lid and a two-tier steamer with one glass lid and one 8 QT base pot. The encapsulated stainless steel base ensures even heating, while the vented tempered glass lid allows for easy monitoring of the cooking process. The entire steamer is made of fully polished stainless steel and is dishwasher safe.

The steamer pot includes two interchangeable steamer trays or baskets, one with smaller holes for items like rice and momos, and one with regular holes for buns, vegetables, and fish. This steamer can be used in three different configurations: three-level, two-level, or as a single-level stock pot.
